Refund Policy – Draw Your Game Education

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means that you have 14 days after your purchase to request a refund, provided the license has not been activated.

Digital Products – Refund Terms

Our products are digital licenses allowing access to exclusive educational features of Draw Your Game Education.
Due to their nature, licenses already activated are not refundable, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (exemption from the right of withdrawal for digital content provided on an intangible medium).

To be eligible for a refund:

The license must not have been used or activated;

The request must be made within 14 days of purchase;

You will need to provide proof of purchase.

We do not charge any restocking fees and no item is on firm sale.
Returns are free, which means you will not have to pay anything to cancel the order if it is eligible.

Any request made outside this framework or after activation of the license cannot be taken into account.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed, we will inform you if the refund is accepted.
If this is the case, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that bank processing may take a few additional days depending on your institution.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval without receipt of the refund, please contact us again at education@draw-your-game.com.
